Delivery Policy
Where Tulips deliver
We provide delivery as a public service with flowers ordered from us. We deliver to a few districts shown below with fixed prices for each district.
If you wish us to deliver to a location not shown below please give us a call on 01455 618 278 to obtain a quote.
When Tulips deliver
If you require a morning delivery the order must be placed the previous day at latest. We will guarantee afternoon delivery for orders
placed in the morning. We are also able to deliver on Sunday if the order is placed by Friday. There is no extra
fee on Sunday delivery but total order value for this day must reach a limit which you will be informed
about during the checkout process. We require the recipient's signature on delivery and if nobody is in, we will
leave the flowers with a neighbour and put a leaflet through your letterbox to inform you who the flowers are with. We would appreciate
it if you could try to plan the delivery out of recipient's working hours so that flowers will be hand to recipient directly.
International relay service
We are a member of Teleflorist providing national and international flower relay service within the UK and abroad.
This type of order must be carried out over the phone or in the shop in person. We will advise you which countries are covered by this service
and with prices. We will also take all details from you necessary to complete your order.

We will charge you for the delivery according the following price figures. If your order consists of more than one item to the same location, on the same day,
you will not be charged for those additional items.
