Products

All our products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply the products or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 14 days after the intended delivery date. We however don't allow placing orders for the same day delivery to avoid any disappointment. Please give us a ring in such case on 01455 618 278.

Some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order please contact the us in the shop on 01455 618 278.


Delivery

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give to us for delivery at the time you make your order. You are required to specify morning or afternoon for your collection or delivery which we can guarantee under normal circumstances but not at busy times like Mother's day, Valentine's day or Christmas time. We cannot however guarantee exact time when an order will be despatched or delivered. Should you require exact delivery time leave us a note in a field provided during checkout. We will do our best to satisfy your special requirement.
 
When delivering order we usually require a signature. The signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the recipient shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. When nobody is in the household we always try to find a person in the neighbourhood who is willing to keep the flowers until they are collected by your recipient on the same day. We never leave the flowers by the house unattended. A leaflet in recipient's letterbox will notify about missed delivery and where to collect the flowers.
 
Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address and the postal code, of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.

We provide delivery within a radius of approximately 10 miles from our shop in Hinckley. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.


Privacy policy

Shopping on our website is absolutely anonymous. Any personal information we may ask for is optional. We will not store your personal details or give it away to third parties or other traders. Optional private details are collected so we can process our order and to contact you if there is a problem. We may contact you in future to inform you of any offers, you may at any time ask to be removed from our mailing list.

Payments are solely provided by established internet payment providers Google and Paypal ensuring highest security possible. You will not be asked to enter your card details on our website.

We receive order and payment notifications from payment provider. There is still nothing to worry about. Your sensitive information is protected during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). For more information about security on our website click at the SSL provider's badge logo below.

 
 
Delivery of domestic and international orders

Even though we can only deliver flowers made in our shop in our local area we can still deliver your order anywhere in the UK and all over the world via the Eflorist relay service. When shopping on our website you will be asked for an English postcode of your delivery. If we find its not within our delivery area or you would like to deliver abroad please give us a call on 01455 618 278 and we will be pleased to fulfil your order.

Please note that we can also deliver on Sunday but Sunday delivery charges may vary from standard Monday to Saturday charges.

Returns

Because of the perishable nature of many products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your products. We guarantee seven days of freshness for your flowers, plants or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt within seven days of delivery you should take a digital photograph of them and email it jana@tulips4u.co.uk or take the flowers to our florist shop and we will replace the flowers and deliver them to you free of charge. This hasn't however happened in three years of our existence and we are very proud of quality of our work and products. We will inspect all products returned to us as faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we may recharge you for the products and the costs incurred by us. We acknowledge complaints immediately and endeavour to settle within two working days if, however, third parties are involved (i.e. Eflorist) this may take longer.
